As soon as I was able to hold a paint brush I dedicated my early working life to our family painting business, developing multiple skills in the construction and remodeling industry. My time in the construction trade gave me a discerning eye when it comes to the quality of the workmanship in any home I set foot in. Recently I was a United SteelWorkers Unit Secretary in a Union shop negotiating contracts where I gained the trust, confidence, and respect of hundreds of employees. I enjoyed this opportunity as it allowed me to showcase traits that I find invaluable, such as honesty, fair mindedness, and loyalty.
